First and foremost, for those people not familiar with frizzy hair, possibly those blessed without it - frizzy hair is most active when humidity is in the air. People with curly hair tend to have dry hair follicles, though, when moisture within the air meets the curly hair, it frizzes. Frizz-Ease is probably one of the best products on the market for people with curly hair, or people trying to manage frizzy hair.
